Hello there!!
Has been exactly 6 months and two days, since I write my last post, and so many things had happened since.

Anyway my time goes in going to teach a Spanish class and the ministry in the church, besides my DD, that needs me so much now, she is such a Princess!, and I am out of the Internet most of the time, BUT my Dear friend Kim Broedelet send me this beautiful and amazing kit!! and I couldn't resist to do a layout of my daughter and a little freebie for you...

The kit is called Tootfairy, and is a collab from KimB's Designs and GS Creations, it's full of amazing elements, some of them are hand drawn!! and have scenes and charts, I will just tell you that is AWESOME!! Check by yourself here:

Layouts, Kim B's New Kit and Freebie

I made a couple of layouts and I wanted to show you, the first one is for the quote challenge at DSO, An animal's eyes... this is my chihuahua, she weights only 4 pounds, but she has a lion's heart, she has the control of our other dogs, another 4 lbs chihuahua and a 120 lbs mix lab and pit bull, LOL. Actually this picture was taken when she was "correcting" or 120 lbs dog.

I used the kit booty Surprise from Brent Boone

The second layout, I made it for the scrap lift challenge, I am scrap lifting a layout from Kim Broedelet, and the beautiful kit is Autumn Splendor that the sweet Beth Long shared with me.

My third layout is made with lots of love for my Beautiful DD, she fills my heart with joy, just look at her face and you'll know what I am talking about, LOL

The wonderful kit that I used is HEARTY TARTY by KimB Designs, it's so beautiful, I can't stop playing with it, it's filled with BEAUTIFUL elements, and hand drawn doodles, you can get your fix here.

How was your weekend, mine was pretty good, hubby took me to a date Saturday, we used to have a lot of dates, but some time ago we just stopped and I needed so much, first we went to the craft store (well, of course, that is my type of date, LOL) and he got me the tools for my Cricut, and also some embellishments for my collection, and then we went for lunch, it was so nice spend a little grown-up time.

I spent my day cleaning and putting away all the Christmas stuff, it's so easy to put it out, but so difficult to put everything in, after several hours cleaning my living and dinning looks good again.

Favorite Dreams Christmas Time Freebie

Did you had a Good Christmas??? I had a Great Christmas and my family too.

My husband and I get up at 7:00 Am, and Alysa wasn't awake yet, LOL and like little kids we went and wake her up, to go and open gifts, hahaha, but it was so worthed, she was so happy with her presents, her favorite was the horse, she has been all about the wild wild west lately, she tell us she is a cowgirl, at first she was all scared of the little horse, but in a little while not anymore and now she loves it, and the horse is around the house all day long.

I got a very nice present too, DH got me a Cricut, which is AWESOME!!, lol, he got me some packages of shapes and letters too, so I could use it right away, and I already made a couple of cards for him.

I am starting a new project, for if you don't know I am not selling anymore, but I still loving designing, last month I made a couple of Photo books and it took a lot of work finding matching pieces or making them, simply a regular scrap kit is NOT enough to make 30 or 40 layouts, so my project is this, I will choose a swatch to work with, which I already did and I will be making different packages during the next year, hopefully a lot, I maybe even make two swatches, will see, you will have a set of papers, elements, embellishments, alphabet, etc, for each season, probably more than one, the case is at the end you will have a MEGA KIT, with lots of papers and elements that will complement each other. The only thing that you have to do is come back for the different packages and leave a comment when you download, if you want you can leave a suggestion of what you want included, You can tell me what you think of my new project and I hope to see you soon.

And my little one making funny faces, I have plenty of pictures to blackmail her when she is older and want to get her way, LOL!!!

And in the second layout I used Toadally Cute frame by Mistycato, and a brown paper, I have been wanting this paper for months and in any of the kits that I have is included, so I made it myself.

Life has been a little crazy over here, but I still managed to complete two layouts and a freebie for you, LOL.

I have a quick vegetarian recipe for you:

White Bean Soup

1Tbs. olive oil
1Large Shallot, finelly chopped (1/3 cup)
32 oz. Vegetable broth
1 can diced tomatoes with bsil, garlic, and oregano
1 medium zucchini, sliced and quarteres
1 can canellini beans, rinsed and drained
2 tbs. red wine vinegar

In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat, then add shallot and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Stir in broth, tomatoes, zucchini and beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, until zucchini is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in vinegar.Serve with garlic bread. Makes 6 servings.

Hello!!

How a pretty busy week!!

I have been trying to blog since Wednesday and it's almost Sunday, Gosh!! Hate procrastination!! However I have to show you the new kits in My Store!

But first I have to answer this, I have been tagged for so long and I am so sorry that I can't answer before... Ok, ok, My friend Darlenne from DSO tagged me with this.

Why I love to work at home, first because I got to spend lots and lots of time with my little one, they grow up so fast, and time fly, so I want to spend the most quality time that I can, besides she is so smart that I prefer teach her, and playing with her. She has so much curiosity and is exploring all the time, so I simply have fun when I am with her. I got to bake, well I don't like to cook much, but I love to bake and staying at home means when hubby or my little one want something special I can bake right away.
I can get up late and come directly to the computer in PJ's or stay laaaaaaaaaaaaate at night if I need/want to work on something, I can put my own schedule, if I need finish something I can stay all the time that I need, if I simply don't want or can't I can turn off the computer and that's ok. I don't have a boss looking checking on me all the time. Oh and my husband has a complicated schedule, he has two jobs and I really enjoy spend his days off together.

So that is, I think, LOL, I love to hear what other WAHM can tell me about it, so I am going to tag Bunny, Nikki and Tina.

NEW Memory Box from Bunny!! And FREEBIE!!

Keeping short today

Bunny made those awesome templates for memory boxes, they are so cool, that I just made my first hybrid project, YAY!! I used my Earthy Blues kit and then just decorate with brads, eyelets, flowers and ribbon, I love it! and looks like hubby too, because as soon as I finished he put it besides his bed, lol!!

And here are the templates they are CU!! So you can make your own boxes to sell too!!, you can check the templates here or in the picture and go to Bunny's blog because she has a beautiful freebie for you!!

I had some time when I came back from vacations and made these layouts, that's my little lady!! I had to color her nails when she's sleeping, otherwise she won't let me, but she was all happy when she wake up and spent the day saying 'Ohh, Sooo Preeetyyyy!!' LOL..

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

How are you celebrating???, I am not sure what I am going to do, but hubby said he is going to take breakfast to bed for me, and we will have dinner at Olive Garden, which I love so I am really happy, my gift will have to wait, he ask me what I wanted so I told hem that I like to have the new equipment for the Wii, he gave me the wii a year ago and we almost never use it, but this new thing has special features like help you to do balance in yoga, and yeah I LOVE YOGA, I am not good, yet, hehehe, but maybe with the time. I already have a gift for my mom and cards, I had just receive one for my MIL, pretty, well, my mom wanted celebrate today, since Latin mother's day is May 10Th but I told her have to wait till tomorrow so we can celebrate altogether.

And off the topc, well not to much, look at this faboulos layouts created by my Creative Team, this girls have me in AWWW, I can not believe how pretty their pages are!!

This first one was created for Christina, love this layout, look that beautiful face!! That baby is CUTE!! (Makes me want a new baby too!!) and she used my kit Earthy Blues.

This is for Christina too, LOVE the work that she did on this one!! she tooks great pictures too!!

This one is for Alice, another beautiful baby, look at that adorable face!! awww, Girls you are amazing!!

And well, coming back to the mom's topic, I create this page for my mom, she is a WONDERFUL WOMAN, she is very strong and loving person, you know the kind of favorithe Aunt, favorite sister, etc. I love my mom and I create a template for this page, so you can create your own page, I LOVE to see your pages, make one with your favorite mom, your own mom, a friend, sister, yourself and please share with me!! And I used my template again to make this page of my hubby and I, I know I don't have many layouts of him and me together, but for real I don't have many pictures of us together, most of the time I take the pictures that's why you can see lots of my little one or hubby's even the house but not me!! lol, This one is for last year in the birthday of my niece and nephew, I said I was going to scrap them since, and never did, this one was for last September I think, that's how behind I am with my pictures!! LOL.

Hello!!

I am so sorry I couldn't post yesterday, we had thunderstorms and even a tornado watch, like 9 pm we saw on TV that 80 miles from where we live was a tornado and destroyed houses, plains and stuff, so sad for the people that live there and at 3 am we had a thunderstorm, I could see and hear from the big windows in the bedroom, we had no electric energy till 11 am, so that's why I could not post yesterday.

Today is all about good news!!

First, Thanks for all the answers to the CT call, love that you want to participate, you can still sending us your links and bio until April 10Th, we will choose 3 of you to be our CT April 11Th, right before I am going to vacation!!, Oh, my vacation are to celebrate my bday, so I am all excited!!, lol.

And I want to share a layout with you, This one is for the Easter Hunt, what you think, Is she having fun???, lol, she had play with that basket for days and with the empty eggs, she takes the purples and pinks for me, the greens for Daddy and the yellows and oranges for grandma, she has been to busy, oh, she hadn't touch her toys, lol. And I will be adding my Easter kit to the store some time this week, can't believe is Easter time already, I am preparing a little Easter Hunt for Alysa, I already have some eggs, her basket, her dress, some candy and some toys, I want to do it outside, lol, last year I have to prepare everything inside because was raining and it looks like this year will be the same, I have to find better spots to hide the eggs, since she is older and wiser, lol.

Easter Hunt Fun is the name of the new kit, and it includes 19 textured papers and 52 elements!!, of course not all are shown in the preview, I will be adding more previews here as soon as the kit pass quality.

LO's Freebie and News!!

Hello Dear friends!!

I know I have been away from my blog and you don't imagine how I have missed to come here. But sometimes life just get in the way and with a little one so active as is mine sometimes I don't find any time available to come to the pc and design, besides the little time left to little inspiration for me, can't find the time to do all what I want or need to do...

I want to share with you a couple of layouts that I had create in the past days, of course have to be about my little angel, who else??, LOL

The first one, is about an Enchanted Princess, dancing in the flowers of an enchanted garden, love this lo, is my first extraction, and love the way that she is dancing, haha, isn't she the cutest???, LOL I think so!!

And in this other one I extract some pictures from when my DD was a baby, she got that computer for a gift and she danced and played with for long time, I am loving the extractions now so you will be seeing them in my lo very often, and this lo is made with LPand3dogs, Beautiful Bloom, new at the store, and how it name say it, REALLY BEAUTIFUL, love the flowers and elements of this kit.

Also I want to tell you the news about DSO, first we have a NEW Designer, her name is Nikki and she has already her first kit in the store, please check it out and Welcome her to the Design Team at DSO.

And my last lo for today This is my backyard for yesterday, well we have about the craziest weather, LOL, we had an advise of snow and little while after we were having this!!, Those pictures were taken in a lapse of 20 minutes and you can see how in just that short period of time weather went for "normal" to reaaaally cold, my neighbors were playing outside to slide in the snow, LOL, we just keep warm inside taking pictures, and Alysa keeps repeating Oh! No! The Slide!!, haha she probably taught that she couldn't use it any more, LOL

And if you want to know about crazy, let me tell you that today we have nice weather even with the melting ice, just now at night is coooooold again, LOL. I used my Princess kit to make this lo, as you can see this kit is very versatile and can be used in a lot of ways, and you can find it at my store just like my other products.

Beautiful Delight Freebie

Man, my days are going so fast!, I hardly have chance for do much stuff any more, but I am enjoying my little one like nothing before, she is so smart!!, you will say every kid is smart, but my little baby is SO SMART, she now counts all the way to twenty and back from 10 to 1, Hello, she is just 2 year old!!

Besides that she is so beautiful and sweet, she is now helping to get her stuff from the floor and out of the way, and she is always caring for me, her Daddy and her grandma. This weekend we had a family lunch with my in laws, they were all surprise that she is counting and begin so smart and well she doesn't see them very much so she really don't know them really well, but she is a polite girl and showing her best manners, LOL, she is just a sweetie. I can't believe my good luck to have her!!

I made a lo yesterday, this picture was for last Easter, we had bad weather and we had to have the Egg Hunt inside the house, it was her first time to do it, but she got it right at the first time, she found all the eggs and even open them and eat the chocolate cereal that they had inside, LOL! Papers and elements are from the Story Book kit, from Kim B's designs, gotta say I love this kit, it soo romantic and well is most about weddings but it has such pretty elements you can use it in different ways, oh and this is your last chance to grab it in sale at DSO!!

Happy Valentine's Day!!

Hello my friends!

Wooow the first month of this year just pass flying from here and there it's going the second one, LOL, I don't know where is the first part of this month, someone gimmie back! Lol, I have been bussy trying to get in my feet, but things are looking better again an I am feeling better and with a little extra time....

Yesterday I was cleaning my pantry and Alysa wanted a bottle of fruit puffs, I recall no give her the whole bottle because she trow the puffs all over the place and I had to clean, but she was insiting and I was bussy so I went for the easy way and I gave them to her, no 5 minutes latter she has 3 plates in the floor with puffs that she was serving and well the floor was covered too, I just look at her an call her for her name, she look at me and goes running to get a broom, she grab the broom and in that moment I feel like this is paradise, she is going to try to clean the puffs with the broom, I hear music from angels that was interrupted when she turns to me handing me the broom saying **HERE**, LOL, she wanted her mommy clean all the puffs that she trow in the floor, Well I came back to earth after all...

And hubby will be home for the next three days, that means no much computer for me, I need that he check my pc cause I am having trouble with it.

How are you over there?

We had lots of wind today actually a big fire in Denton and temperature is crazy, tomorrow is suppose to be better but with storms tomorrow night, I hate storms.

I want to share with you a couple of layouts from my new kit My Loving Valentine, that is in sale right now and is only available at DSO and you can check it here.

The first layout is from my DD, you remember I told you my DH got a clubhouse for her, well we put it together and as soon as she noticed the slide she was jumping saying yuppie, and weeeee!, she was so happy, we had to take her to play as soon as was finished. She had so much fun climbing, running and sliding. And here some pics of her, the left one she is sliding in her belly and the right one she is going through the tunnel.

Did you attend the chat? Well let me tell you, at DSO we have fun, I had to leave because Alysa got sick again, but the time that I was there I was LMAO.

I made my layout with the template from the chat (Thanks Lynn), this is a pic of my newest bamboo, I sent my DH for cold medicine because I still needed and when he came back he got this one with him... It's sooooo cute, the little bamboo in a heart shape, well actually two bamboos. I love bamboos and he knows that, he is such a great guy!, he is always taking care of me and making me feel special.

Happy New Year!!, oh! my God so many things has happened since my last post.

The first one, Christmas was incredible, see my little angel face opening the gifts and how much she has played with them since...
I had good gifts myself, my DH got me the first two seasons of House so now I must to have a Marathon of House soon, he also got me a necklace and earrings they are beautiful!!, ok ok together with other things.
My little one got a farm, a garage, animals, a throne, candy land game, sit and spin, a baby doll, a Barbie, Barbie's car, Tickle me Elmo, a toy lap top, a princess cd player, books for her story reader, Mickey Mouse clubhouse, etc...
And next week we'll be receiving her oun club house that Daddy got for her because she want a slide, I will post some pics as soon as will be here.

And while Alysa is playing I got some work myself, I am translating a book, the Title is An ordinary woman and her extraordinary God from virginia Smither. I had read it and I love it, that's basically why you don't see me too much for here any more...

Today I dedicate all my day to put together this kit, it is for DSO January colour challenge, hosted for Kim b. I will love to read what you think, remember I take my time to make this and I will like you take a little time as you download to leave a comment. Enjoy!

Hello everyone!!

Do you have your home ready for Christmas, I finally finished with Christmas shopping, and wrapping all the presents, I had given some already and I am just waiting to be the 25th so I can see the face of my little angel when she open them. The only thing that I am not ready yet is for Christmas meal, my mom is going to help me so I have a relief, I don't think we'll have people this year, so we'll celebrate just the family.

I have no time at all to be in the computer, I have been so busy trying to decorate the house and keeping up with my 2 year old, but today finally could stop a little bit and I have a freebie for you, following with the Christmas kit, I made more papers and I made some bows, my husband keep telling me that this looks like wrapping paper so I consider you'll like to wrap your lay outs, I really hope you like it, please tell me what you think, and what you think should come next, Enjoy!

I am posting so late today, I had to go shopping and it's cold and rainy, I didn't sleep well last night, so I just wanted come back home...

Today I made this LO, I need to take pictures of my little one, but since I didn't put a tree this year, I will do it just with the gifts. My husband wanted to put another big tree, but I have to put everything on it and taking care of little hands don't get in trouble and then I have to put it down by myself, I didn't think it was a good idea, I been feeling so tired and well I have to chase a two year old all day, I imagine why...

Looking at her face gives me Joy. She is gorgeous, how I got so lucky? I don't know, but I thank God for every minute with her...

This picture is for last year, around this time, what can I say, I just wanted share it with you!

I have issues with my Internet connection, is frustrating every five minutes Internet close down and I have to start everything again, so I couldn't download any of the kits for Christmas, oh well, I will try in another computer.
But since I can't be in the Internet I have a little more time for Photoshop, hahaha this is my try for a Christmas kit, well jut one part of my try... But today I have two freebies, the first one is the second part of my Christmas kit, I include elements, so you can use it right away but I will add more in the next part(s). Link expired

Sorry I couldn't post for two days, but I have been so busy, I am trying to decorate Alysa's bedroom, but with so many toys have been impossible, I move most of them out to the bedroom and I call my husband: 'Hey did you see this bedroom floor" and he answer "yes" and I ask him again are you sure? because you won't see the floor again in long time....

Besides that last night I told my husband we have this movie for a long time let's watch it, we got Nacho Libre a couple of months ago and never have time and interest (at the same time) to watch it, so we put the movie on and on man! this is one of the two worse movies that I have ever seen (the other one is the Astronaut Farmer, and it's loooooooong, we have to make some pauses and when finally it finished my husband said "horrible movie let's buried, so we never put it again" hahaha 2 hours of my life completely empty!

I made this Lo, I am trying to put a package for Christmas together I have all the papers already and some elements but I need more, this is in 2004 when we just got married and in our old house, the first Christmas together, so I made it a QP!

It's snowing in Thanksgiving day, today it have been really cold and we had the first snow of the year, an even that I been all day at front of the computer, I couldn't finish anything.

I love this freebie, and yur house is gorgeous. How do you have time to have such a clean house, and scrap...I gave up housecleaning for my ..... addiction! LOL!

hahaha, well first of anything I got to say that I have a rule of no toys allowed in that area, not always it's possible, but at least I try, and you got to see her room, sometimes you can't even walk with toys and books everywhere including bedroom, TV room, mommy's office. It's like a river starting for her bedroom and it finished here at my desk.
And second when and if I can I try very hard to finish really quick my LO, never more than 30 minutes, I don't like to keep very long in something

Yes!! I miss so much when my little one was just a baby and all the precious things that she made, I love to see videos of her from when she was just months old the good thing is that she love to pose for pictures and even act a little for videos, because she loves to see herself on the screen!

Here is how my home look for thanksgiving, we celebrate today since my husband will be working in the FD tomorrow and we won't see him :( . Dinner was really good and right now my husband and my little Princess are sleeping, so I got time to make two LO and post. This picture was taken in spring, April to be exact in a Japanese Garden, I love this place, was the first place that my hubby and I went when we just met, so from then every year we go, and I love to see the fish, and the plants and I love the tranquility that you not always can feel in the city, It's getting a tradition, this year we went with my cousin, her husband and her little girl (I will talk to you more about them later), for now I share with you my LO.... Today I want to share with you this Layout that I just create, I love it!!, I start this for fun and I don't know how this was becoming an obligation, that is just boring!, so I decide keep it simple, I give you freebies you say thank you or you can comment about them and that will be very nice...

The designing is the complement of two of my passions: scrapbooking and Interior Decorator, so I wanted to make papers and elements without call the a kit just put something together that have something of me, and I put three of my favourite colors together, and the result was fantastic!! I am in love of this!!, I have so much fun creating every paper and every element.... We all are here for fun, at least is how we start, sometimes I just need somebody to remaining to me... LOL.

My hubby does all the time, thanks Dear, I love you.

OK, to the Lay out, finally I decide to call this kit Daydream because really it was that what I was doing, the picture is for my wedding, I was happy then and I am more happy now. It's so special because from that day I feel my real life really start, with a wonderful person that encourages and loves me every single minute of the each single day. I don't know if I am going to post pieces of this kit, since it was created just to have fun, I will worry for that when I finish (if I do) and show you the final result, everything together, but for sure I have the word art for this layout to share with you.

Another Late Post
Well I spent the day with my hubby, he got home with another laptop that he got this morning in sale, so I got it, and now each of us have a desk top and a laptop, let's say that we have a big house, two offices on it, and much space for wireless Internet (please don't say that we are geeks hahaha) and then we went to have lunch, for groceries and some other shopping, after that we went alone for a nice dinner at the Italian restaurant, then to watch a movie and now to post, it was a nice day.

Saturday was my little girl's second Birthday, she had such a great time, she played and enjoyed being with family and friends, and her gifts.

Many things had happen lately, my husband is had the ok from his Doctor, so he is coming back to his old schedule, I will miss him so much.... My computer is faster and pretty cool but I need to play a little more so I will know better vista, today I install some of the styles in PSE and they work good so I made a freebie for you.

My baby will be two this Saturday and we'll have a Birthday party for her, we had gotten more than 30 gifts! you think she will be happy?? and we have save another bunch for Christmas, since she can't have all of them at once, I had clean the house and tonight I am going shopping for last things for her party, we didn't invite lots of people just family and some friends.

And my bad news are that one of my chihuahua puppy's left the house this morning, I went outside and look for it, but is not any where close, I had been screaming and calling for her name and not answer, I wish she come back, even if it seems impossible. :(
